Devoted to the spread of education, Rania is Managing Director of Rearden Educational, a one of a kind company in the Middle East that provides highly dedicated services and products to schools, ministries, publishers, and educators. Rania is also a Founding Member of the MEPI-LAA Steering Committee, VP at Beeatoona and a member of LLWB. She is the creator of the Education Pledge (an oath taken by AUB Department of Education graduates) and its corollary cash award to student-teachers who excel. She holds a BA in Elementary Education with emphasis on Maths & Sciences from the AUB and an Executive Entrepreneurship degree from Beyster Institute at the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego.
