"As a woman in business, though for a long period (more than 25years!) , I always felt intimidated by the structured environment of men's business... They can use big numbers easily, impose their ideas or reject decisions with a confident statement, (that might be absurd sometimes)...
I found myself struggling and acting with a very smooth diplomacy to gain the clients' or employees' trust. Of course, I had to back up solidly and scientifically all my decisions, whereas men could give their speak of mind a lot easier. Logically, birds of a feather flock together...
I found myself affiliated to LLWB, and henceforth, gained the backbone for my career.

The LLWB mission for endorsement with specialized workshops, and the planned schedule for women empowerment, liberated me to procure more my dreams and ambitions. Now, I found new channels in a selected network, and I'm working on improving my skills in administration.
I strongly believe that women could take the charge and assume leadership that was captured in a masculine world. With all respect to all my fellow male friends, with whom I enjoy having career talks and exchanging experience."
